Shipping Policy
All products are shipped using a courier that reaches a clients location. The client is responsible for the shipping costs. The cost is determined by the weight of the product and the distance to be covered. The urgency and security demands placed by the client may also add to the choice and cost of the courier service company.
Some of the courier companies we make use of include, Zampost, Daily Mail Zambia and Mercury. Clients are also free to request a courier of their choice.
Refund Policy
If at the time of delivery, the parcel is broken or not intact, the company will refund the client upon proof of damage.
